LJUNGSTRÖM opens a new chapter in our history
On August 20, 2018, LJUNGSTRÖM and Power China Turbo Technologies (PCTT), a division of POWERCHINA, announced a strategic partnership to support the China “One Belt One Road” Strategy with technology that enhances plant efficiency, flexibility and operational performance. LJUNGSTRÖM will work together with PCTT in key markets in China and South East Asia to jointly approach customers on an integrated suite of best in class technologies including fans, air preheaters, and other products.
Dave Breckenridge, President of LJUNGSTRÖM, and Haimnig Li, China Unit Managing Director of LJUNGSTRÖM, Li Yueping, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of POWERCHINA, Jiang Jianlin, Party Secretary and Executive Director of China Power Construction Group Turbo Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Nikko Hotel New Century in Beijing, China.
This historic partnership with PCTT represents a powerful opportunity for LJUNGSTRÖM to significantly expand our presence in China and the South East Asian markets. We’re excited to partner with PCTT to bring innovative technologies to PCTT projects and support the China “One Belt One Road” Strategy with technology that enhances plant efficiency, flexibility and operational performance. Simultaneously, we are able to utilize PCTT manufacturing capabilities to provide steel structures for these and many other projects where such capabilities are needed.
Both parties will strive to build a new platform for win-win cooperation, build a new mechanism for multi-channel and multi-faceted trade, constantly deepen strategic cooperation, improve the ability of resource integration, and form an all-round, multi-level and three-dimensional industrial layout.
